When will my gift arrive?

Orders placed by 1pm ET today ship the same business day. Enter the recipient's ZIP above to see the exact standard, 2-day, and overnight arrival dates before checkout.

Can the card message be in Hebrew?

Yes. At checkout you can write your own note or pick a prewritten message for any occasion, in Hebrew or English. We print it on cream cardstock and tuck it inside.

What if no one's home?

The basket is shelf-stable and weatherproof-wrapped. Couriers will leave it at the door if no one answers.

Can I track the order?

Yes — you'll get a tracking email when it ships, and another the morning of delivery.
